Dolphin freeze on loading game from menu

Upon attempting to load a solo game of Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies for the Wii, the game freezes with the music doing a 1 second audio loop. Campaign loads and plays fine, but the problem with the Zombies mode has persisted since 4.0 and now into 5.0
