Is there a reason I can't edit or delete a post in my own thread? I can't edit my original post in my thread, and I also can't seem to be able to embed a video either

Until you reach a certain number of posts, editing and deletion are time limited. 24 hours after it was posted, you won't be able to edit the posts anymore. It's a spam prevention measure.
As for video embedding, I don't see any limitations on that. How are you trying to do it exactly? AMD Threadripper Pro 5975WX PBO+200 | Asrock WRX80 Creator | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 FE | 64GB DDR4-3600 Octo-Channel | Windows 11 23H1 | (details)

Oh btw, if you need to edit the original thread of a texture pack thread, we can make an exception for you!
