Dolphin for OSX will not pick up 2-Port Mayflash GC Adaptor!

Hi!

My friend just gifted me his old school Mayflash 2 port adaptor so I could get good at Smash ahahah. I've been trying to get the adaptor to automatically be picked up by Dolphin to absolutely no avail. I downloaded the Smash Enabler package and installed that, and still, the Adaptor is not detected.

I'm basically dumb as hell when it comes to computers, so I'm completely lost. I'm using a Macbook Air Yosemite OSX 10.10.3 and Dolphin 4.0-9222. Please help me, I'd be forever in your favor!

Only the 4-port adapter in Wii U mode can be detected automatically by Dolphin. The 2-port adapter doesn't have a Wii U mode, only a PC mode, so you will have to configure the controllers as if they are PC controllers.

Would you happen to know the recommended settings for joystick mapping and L+R buttons to most accurately depict the normal GC pad layout?
