I think he is asking if it will be possible to install dolphin on future hombrewed devices. Like if switch homebrew is developed. But he's also asking about psp homebrew and I'm sure we don't want to talk about that again.

exactly, like playing gcn/wii on psp and other bootleg systems.. is it possible?

Physically... yes it would be possible if the application gets developed/created for it... Will it be fast... No... end of story...
