It runs best on PCs by far. The most recent high-end smartphones are a bit better than the Nvidia Shield TV, but not as good as PCs.

If it has a 32-bit OS, it won't work, no.

I heard Sony is now using a Mediatek MT5893 SoC on their 2019 TVs, which has a quad-core ARM CPU with A73 cores clocked at 1.5 GHz and a Mali G71 GPU. So, as long as they also run a 64-bit edition of Android TV, Dolphin should install and run on them, but don't expect good performance, especially with those low clock speeds...

It might be strong enough to fulfill the HW requirements... but if it only uses 32Bit OS the SW doesn't fulfill the requirement. Problem is that 32bit has been removed from the ARM builds of Dolphin a couple of years ago because in 32Bit mode the performance is deplorable... you basically wouldn't even be able to play NSMBWii at full speed, 32Bit is just not fast enough at all... that is also why there aren't any 32bit PC versions anymore. It was also an issue that, since 32 and 64 have to be featurewise the exact same, the 32 bits versions of Dolphin were holding back development of the 64 bit versions. So unless you are able to update the firmware of the device to a 64bit version it will never work.

Thanks for explanation. Is S922X chipset even capable of running at 64bit OS? If yes maybe some unofficial FW could do the job.

The chipset itself should be capable, but if there are no devices that have that chipset and are released with a 64-bit OS, don't keep your expectations too high about unofficial firmware adding support for it. Adding 64-bit support is far from easy if it doesn't already exist.

Not well at all.  The A53 CPU cores in the 6753 are not powerful enough to play any Gamecube games well.  For Dolphin, you need a phone with at least A72 CPU cores.
