Switch to a different sound backend and see if the problem is fixed (DSound or OpenAL)

Hello, do you know if a new solution has been found yet for this issue please ?
same problem with Asus Zenbook UX302LG-4027H (W8.1 64Bits / 10Gb RAM / I7 / GT730M) (with OpenGL & DX9 sounds not working properly) Thank you ! 05-01-2014, 08:07 PM
select "Intel Graphics" as device in Dolphin and assign Dolphin.exe to high-performance in the nvidia control panel.
Also, don't bump old thread next time. 05-01-2014, 11:49 PM
Thank you for your replie, nevertheless i've always got "bad" performances with dolphin (around 25FPS with Super Smash Bros. melee, 40FPS in Eternal Darkness in Standard Setting but 1080p)
Maybe my GPU isn't enough powerfull ? My Computer : Asus Zenbook UX302LG-C4027H Bleu Nuit Screen → 13.3" 16:9 IPS FHD (1920 x 1080) + 10-point multi-touch Core → i7-4500U (HD 4000) Ram → 10 Go RAM DDR3 GPU → Nvidia GT730m Main Disk → 128go SSD (mSATA Half size) Second Disk → Samsung 840Evo 1To (SSD) Sorry for bump old thread 05-03-2014, 01:45 AM
You have a low-power CPU, which is where you're getting your bottleneck from. Put Windows into high performance mode through Power Management, and then look around the forums for the unofficial laptop performance guide, as it will show you how to use throttlestop (a program) to keep your CPU in turbo mode when playing Dolphin.

Does Windows not automatically keep your CPU in turbo mode when using heavy programs like Dolphin? Always thought so.

Not always, it can sometimes see Dolphin as a program that uses low power since it only uses two cores
