From what you're saying here, and with that error taken into account, it looks like your GPU just isn't capable of displaying Dolphin's output. How much memory is allocated to your video card, and what pixel shader is supported? If I recall correctly, Dolphin needs at least 128 mb and pixel shader 2.0 to run.
Also, there is a thread on these forums somewhere that lists games that run well on low-spec systems. With a GPU like yours, I'd advise you to get your hands on some of the lightest games (preferably GameCube games, they tend to be a bit lighter on your computer) on there and test them. Your problem is defenitally in the graphics department, so if those games still only give you that black screen, you need a better graphics card.

Well, I just tested Sunshine, and I have the same problem I've been having with the other games. I still think this is total bs though and I know my pc can handle it.

Take Crystal Defenders for example. The graphics on that game are very simple, not a lot of work went into the graphics department on that game, but still doesn't work. I just think its absolute crap that its just NOT compatible when I've seen my PC run things with MUCH higher quality.

You can say all the crap you want, but the bottom line is, it just doesn't work correctly for everyone. I see no reason why it won't run, there is no excuse what-so-ever.

Of course you'll see your computer run applications with much higher quality graphics than Crystal Defenders. I know, it's a bloody DS port, it's ugly, it's low on the polygon count etc. But fact is that your pc is not having any problems with the polygon count, it's having problems with pretending to be a GCN/Wii GPU. If if was only about polygon counts and resolution, that kind of thing, my old Acer Travelmate 660 would be able to run Dolphin in 1080p flawlessly. For your information, that is an Intel Pentium M 1,5 GHz (single core) with an integrated Intel graphics chip that supports UP TO 32 mb. That system is able to run PC versions of games that were also released on the GameCube without any problems. Sadly, that is not a benchmark: Dolphin has the EXACT SAME PROBLEMS you're experiencing when I try to boot any game on that 7 year old system.
Just look up the specs for your GPU and compare them to the requirements Dolphin has.

Your all gonna hate me.
Most of you already do hate me.

Billard26's link in his signature finally solved the issue for the most part and I'm pretty grateful for that.

I don't need to buy a new f-ing video card (r-tard)

I mean, really the people that sincerely tried to help thanks.
But sometimes, some people need to learn to shut their mouth when they don't know wtf they are talking about, and I'm including myself. Thanks a bunch!

(Buy a new graphic card lololol)
