Dolphin.exe System Error

When I try to open up Dolphin now these 3 errors pop up:
"The code execution cannot proceed because Qt5Gui.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
"The code execution cannot proceed because Qt5Core.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
"The code execution cannot proceed because Qt5Widgets.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
It was literally just working the day before...

So, I tried to reinstall it... Reinstalling DID NOT fix the problem. (I could only uninstall Dolphin and its folder through the recycle bin since the "add or remove programs" setting in the settings on windows 10 doesn't show Dolphin)

Although, after I did reinstall Dolphin I noticed the files that it said it didn't have was there. Yet, the error still persists to exist like Qt5Gui.dll isn't there...

Any help?

Dolphin expects the qt5 dll in the same folder as Dolphin.exe, but you've moved it somewhere else.

Move Dolphin back into that folder, and then if you want an icon for it somewhere else, right click on dolphin and choose "create shortcut", and you are free to move that shortcut wherever

I feel so dumb lol. It was such an easy fix...sorry to bother ya Thanks tho!
