dolphin.exe stopped working

Hi I'm having a problem with dolphin.

When I load an Iso file dolphin crashes and I get the windows error message "dolphin.exe has stopped working."

I have updated microsoft visual C++, DirectX and my graphics card driver.

I have a core i7 920 and a gtx 295.

Any ideas?
