Dolphin.exe stopped working on startup

Good day, i'm having a problem with dolphin, as the subject says each time i double click on the executable i get the windows notification that the program stopped working.

Tried using different versions, beta, stable and experimental old and new and no luck, neither in using the portable.txt in case the local HDD documents folder had any file damaged file then using compatibility modes with other windows versions didn't helped as well.

I've a very minor debugging skills so got a .dmp file of the exe to see what was going on and saw this.

Doing a quick research it has to do with imput devices, saw a thread earlier of an user that had an issue with his controller making dolphin to crash on startup, so stopped all services related, unplug the controller and nothing, went as far as to use a barebones VM in the same computer with direct x and the other basics to run dolphin, hooked up the controller and worked like a charm, so at this point i'm a bit lost in what to do. 

Also say i reinstalled all dependencies in my main computer between tests.

Fixed, had to dangle a bit with pid.dll since it was making a call to another .dll that was remnant from a old version, thanks microsoft.
