Hello everyone, I recently built a new rig for my brother, and everytime I start up any dolphin about dolphin-master-4.0-(from 200-681+)-x64 it instantly says the program is not working. I can play x32bit fine but I'm extremely bothered that 64 doesn't work. Here is the "stopped working" message displayed

That's a Visual C++ error.
1) do you have the x64 versions installed also?
2) install the C++ 2013 redistributable

BIOS? I don't see why that would do anything and it can be risky

If something is messed up with the thread scheduling for the FX-8320, a BIOS update can help fix that

Maybe the O.P. should reinstall VC++ 2013 X64, it´s possible that the DLL got corrupted.

Sorry it's been awhile, but I ended up formatting the ssd again and the same error occurs, 2013 is updated. As for the BIOS update... maybe I will have to go do that. I did go back and update the chipset drivers and etc. but that didn't help. I forgot to mention my Mobo, 970a-G43.
