Even if you have the latest DirectX from PC games, or the dxdiag.exe shows you have the latest version, you could have missing functions or broken ones.
The DirectX Web installer can fix those things. Just google search it and then run it. 10-20-2014, 11:51 PM

I think I'm up to date already; I'm using windows 8.1 and it already installed DirectX 11.2 I think. It was an option on the 4.0 and 4.0.2 versions (Direct3D11), but I think I'm gonna go with the 4.0.3644 settings, if they're the only ones workings... 10-21-2014, 04:24 AM
Like I said, even if it says you have the latest and full version of DirectX, something may be missing or broken.
After looking through your pictures again, some things caught my eye: 1) try turning off cheats. They can be broken sometimes 2) under select graphcs adapter where it shows your GTX 660M, set that to the top option (usually integrated graphics), and then in the Nvidia Control Panel create a profile for Dolphin to use the high performance Nvidia card 10-21-2014, 05:20 AM

I've run the DX Web Installer and it did not make any modifications to my system (I've got the most recent version of equivalent, according to the install software). The dxdiag.exe 'System' tab tells me I'm running DX11 though, not the 11.2 as I thought. I'm gonna try to see what I can do for this, but maybe I don't need to update DX? I've found a version of it here: http://offlineinstallersoft.blogspot.com...EVfY_nF98E but I'm gonna wait until I install it... Cause I don't know what the hell I'm doing, obviously. I've also tried what you suggested for 1) and 2), for 2) I think I'm already on the top option with the GTX 660m. But I don't know how to create a profile within the Nvidia control panel. Again, I think I could be happy playing with the shitty OpenGL graphics, so don't overdo it just for my sake, but thank you for taking the time to try and help me 10-21-2014, 06:07 AM
Dx 11.2 is something that gets installed automatically in Windows 8, I believe
Check to make sure you're in the top option inside of Dolphin. As for the Nvidia Control Panel, right click on Dolphin.exe. Under "Run with graphics processor" you'll see 3 options: 1) High performance Nvidia 2) Integrated graphics 3) change default Of the top 2 one of them will have (default) after it. If its the High performance, then you're fine. If it's after integrated, follow part 2 of the link: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-un...ance-guide 10-21-2014, 06:20 AM

I don't understand your talk of "being in top option" in Dolphin either, sorry :| 10-21-2014, 09:13 AM
