Dolphin.exe has stopped working

Hello, everyone

I'd been using dolphin to play xenoblade chronicles for long play sessions with no problem at all, until the crashes started to happen.
Now, tgey can happen at any time. It can be 30 minutes into playing the game, 2 minutes or it could crash even if it's not emulating any game at all!

I've tried reinstalling all the Microsoft Redistributable C++ necessary, but that didn't work.
The same issue happens with Dolphin version 4.02, 4.0-8383 and 4.0-8437
Unfortunately, there's no error report asides from the "dolphin.exe has stopped working" and the "windows is searching for a solution" thing before that, so I have no ideia what could be causing this.
I don't recall changing any settings or installing anything before that started, and I haven't found any useful information online

my settings are as follow:

Windows 10 x64
Intel i5 - 5200U 2,2GHz
8GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce 920M 2GB

Thanks for all the help, everyone!

Is your game a .wbfs file, or a scrubbed ISO? (Either through Dolphin or some other program)

If no to both, What's the MD5 sum of your game?

Right click on game > properties > info > click calculate

I've been using a .wbfs file so far. I'll try using a .iso, but I don't think that should help, because dolphin crashes even if I haven't opened any games yet

You may have a bad dump. It's worth reripping and and confirming your dump is good.

Have you tried updating your nvidia drivers? If you're on Windows 10 by default Windows likes to mess with your drivers and update them without telling you. Update your drivers from nvidia.com/drivers, after a reboot, go to the nvidia control panel and make a program profile for Dolphin.exe, set the preferred graphics processor to nvidia.

If that doesn't work, maybe your Dolphin user folder is corrupt. You could try deleting it (Backup your GC and Wii folder inside your Dolphin Emulator folder in Documents before deleting this to keep your saves)
