Hey guys I'm new to this emulator and this forum. Whenever I try to load any game the error appears. Any ideas of what it could be?

Operating System: Windows 8.1 x64
Processor/CPU: Intel Pentium N3530 @2.16Hz
Video Card/GPU: Intel HD Graphics
Memory/RAM: 4.00 Gb
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 4.0-4037

Use the latest development versions; that one is one of many that were bugged.

Try using D3D backend in latest development builds. IntelHD cards have a nasty problem with the shader cache.

Get Dolphin 4.0-4053 (the latest build as of this writing), click on the Graphics button on the top bar of Dolphin, and on the first drop-down box where it should say "OGL", click on that and then choose "D3D"
