Old problem I had but fixed by downloading the latest build of dolphin (4.0-3210):
Spoiler: (Show Spoiler)
I recently got a new computer and I now have problems with running Dolphin which I used to never have. I am trying to use the 64 bit version of Dolphin 4.0-652 for Melee and playing netplay but every time I try to run Dolphin it immediately closes and doesn't open. I decided to download the x86 version and it works fine surprisingly other than the fact that I do not have any sound when I try to play melee. I have a 64bit version of windows, GTX 770, intel i5 4690, and am running windows 7 64 bit which is why I don't know why I'm having problems with the 64 bit versions of Dolphin. I've tried so many options but I can't seem to figure it out which is why I'm coming here to the forums for help.

I still cannot figure out a way for sound to work on Dolphin. It used to work on my older computer but now there is no sound coming from Dolphin at all. It doesn't pop up in my volume mixer at all.
Also, here is an imgur album of what my specs are and what's happening: http://imgur.com/a/np90Y

This is a bug which I've fixed since then. Use a current development build to fix it. If you have other issues on current versions, then report those issues. Do not report issues on old versions which have already been fixed.
