Dolphin.exe has stopped working ?

so i recently downloaded dolphin and when i open it the games appear when i click on for example ssbm or wario world it kinda stops and gives me a message here it is: dolphin.exe has stopped working a problem caused the program to stop working correctly windows will close the program and notify you a sloution is avaliable

so got any idea on how to fix it ?
here are some of my laptop specs :
windows 7 x64bit
samsung 3.00GB of RAM
if you want to know more about my laptop just ask Smile
oh and my dolphin version is 3.5-367

you only gave us your OS and Ram... we need more hardware specs. like GPU and cpu.

OS: Windows 7 64bit / Linux Mint 14 64bit
CPU: Intel i5-3570k @ 4.5gh http://valid.canardpc.com/2607863

Try moving your dolphin install outside of program files to something like your desktop (in a folder of course). Also run Dolphin as an Admin.

Make sure to use a more recent revision as well (or the 3.5 official)

well you should be able to at least boot up dolphin. Do you have all the dependeacys already installed?

you mean the ones that come with dolphin when you download it ? they are in the same file as dolphin , or do you mean something else like another program that dolphin requires for it to install ?

yes you need to make sure your DirectX Runtime is Up to date and have installed the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable package from Microsoft.

they have links in the FAQ. make sure you have them installed. if you already have them installed. try reinstalling them.
