Dolphin.exe has stoped working

By file i ment [ the game file] not the dolphin file ...
in other word here is an explanation .

my dolphin emulator folder is on desktop .
my game file is on desktop .
i enter the dolphin emulator folder and i run dolphin and i run the game from there.
