failed loading dsp rom from ./sys/gc/dsp-rom.bin

got this error when loading.

failed loading dsp coef .. (something similar)

Use DSP-HLE sound plugin

You need the DSP roms. Currently it's impossible to get them legally because no dumping tool has been released yet.
Just wait until the Dolphin team decides to release their dumping tool.

But the LLE DSP plugin isn't working enough to produce correct sound yet.
