Dolphin error messages and not opening

Whenever I attempt to open dolphin, I get 3 error messages:

The code execution cannot proceed because Qt5Core.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

The code execution cannot proceed because Qt5Gui.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

The code execution cannot proceed because Qt5Widgets.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I have used dolphin successfully before, but until a few days ago, it has displayed these messages. Reinstalling doesn't work. I have no idea what could be causing this

Make sure to extract the whole .7z folder after downloading Dolphin, not just Dolphin.exe.
