Dolphin Error HELP!

I have Dolphin SVN R 1546, and i downloaded msvcr71.dll cause it might be necessary for the emulator to run. When i run the emulator a PANIC message comes up saying "Failed to load plugin Plugins/Plugin_PadSample.dll - unknown error" and right afterwards another error message shows up saying "Failed to load plugin Plugins/Plugin_VideoDX9.dll - unknown error" Could anyone help and tell me why this is happening?!
My specs are:Intel® 82865G Graphics Controller
1024 x 768 (32 bit) (60Hz)

update your DirectX and use the latest Dolphin svn (that one is ~2000 revs old)
