Dolphin error: createpixelshaderfrombytecode failed at src d3dshader.cpp 140

Hello, i am new to these forums, so forgive me if a do something wrong. I want to run legend of zelda, wind waker on my laptop. I am currently using dolphin 4.0.2. I keep getting this error whenever I boot-up the game. I've searched everywhere for a solution to this problem, but no one has had this error with the "140" at the end. People have had other variations of this error, such as "151" and "84", but it seems no else but me has encountered this particular error and posted about it. Strangely enough though, this error for some reason only occurs when i use Direct3D 11, not 9. I would use another plugin, but none of the others run well with this game, at least not using this version of dolphin.

Operating System: Windows 7 x64
Processor/CPU: Intel core i5
Video Card/GPU: Intel HD graphics
Memory/RAM: 4 gb of ram
