Make sure it finds its template settings file, I think it sometimes installs that into the wrong location... if in doubt, check with strace. Also, don't post "or something like that", quote (or screenshot) the exact error message, please. ;P

Also, decompress the ISO and try with the same file which works on the other computer to verify that's not the reason.
