"Could not write memory card file C:\Users\Andrew\Gamecube games\User\GC\MemoryCardA.Raw.

Are you running Dolphin from a CD/DVD, or is the save file maybe write protected?"

How can I fix this? I am not running it from a CD or DVD

Try running Dolphin as admin. It looks like you're not running Dolphin in Program Files, but maybe you have some weird permissions set in your user folder.

Yeah run as admin or try moving it to a different folder unless you're not the admin

Try the newest git version of Dolphin.

The memcard saving is broken in older revisions.
