Dolphin Emultator + Xbox 360 Wireless Controller + DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3

I managed to get my wireless Xbox 360 Controller set up in Dolphin Emulator, but when I try to play BT3 everything but the joysticks are out of whack. Has anyone set up a good configuration for a wireless Xbox 360 controller and BT3. What settings should I check if I need to?

Are you using the GC controller in game or the wiimote? If you're using the wiimote I highly recommend too use the GC controller XD

Or if you use a Wiimote don't forget to configure your Nunchuk too
