Not even going to look at it, why can't you just try it yourself? It probably will, as long as your not using integrated graphics dolphin will run on almost any modern computer, the question is not whether it will run but whether it will run fast enough to make most games playable. Which is another thing you can figure out by trying it.
Also why would you not post the specs and expect us to look them up instead?

Ok sorry if i offended anyone. anyways its still in the mail due mon so i cant currently try it specs are as follows * Intel Core 2 Duo Processor P8400 (2.26GHz, 1066MHz FSB, 3MB L2 cache (Turbo Extreme mode 2.49GHz)(can be oced safely to 2.8 though I would prefer to stay in turbo instead of ocing) * NVIDIA GeForce 9800M GS with 512MB of GDDR3 discrete video memory * 15.6†WXGA Glossy LCD (1366x768) * Genuine Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit) * 4GB (4096MB) DDR2 Memory (2 x 2048MB modules) * 320GB 7200RPM Seagate HD Now I only want to play Twilight Princess(ok maybe Mario galaxy) I own a wii w tp but i would like to take it on the go(plus fun party trick to impress the geeky ladies) P.S. Can Dolphin connect to wiiconnect24 to play multi-player like Mario kart or ssbb (also could I play tp in ubuntu with these specs?) Thanks and apologies for the noobiness I should know better timinator94 09-14-2010, 02:01 AM
i dont believe you will get maximum speed in TP with that configuration, although its a good spec and you will run TP at playable FPS. Have in mind that playable FPS are variant for each person, your configuration (overclocked) will for "me" run TP at a playable state, but maybe it will not be good enough for you, and dont expect to run 100% on Hyrule field.

no you won't be alble tp in fullspeed all over... times you will have less than 10 fps (hyrule field)

HAHA k that figures... just curious what speed processor and gfx do i need to run it at full speed? this laptop can be upgraded quite a-lot and i think i can go up to a nvidia gtx260 and processor speeds well beyond 3ghz
(http://www.google.com/products/catalog?c...AA#)

Your cpu clock rate will need to be close to 3GHz to get fullspeed most of the time in twilight princess. Other than that it is fine. You should get good performance in tp but not fullspeed all the time.
