dolphin emulator screen frozen

I start dolphin emulator and I cannot move or drag the screen. It is stuck in the middle of my screen and cannot browse isos or anything. I am using mac I use dolphin for smash and i cannot host a game when it is stuck like this. I tried deleting the program and redownloading but i guess you can't really permenatnyl delete it. Can someone please help? it is so annoying maybe if i knew how to unistall the program completely.
