dolphin emulator r7552 problem

hey guys i have a big problem with dolphin emu
first: it goes at 20% of speed
second: while i play with zelda wind waker i can't see link and the map i only see the sea and the wings
please can u help me????
i have windows xp
graphics card: sis mirage 3 with 128 mb RAM
processor: intel pentium dual CPU E2180 2.00GHz

well, what kind of computer i have to buy??

dolphin needs above 3ghz with a new generation cpu to play everything at 100%
you got an old 2ghz duo core...

your onboard gpu is far to slow to emulate the wii...
the wii itselfs got a better gpu than your ö-Ö

you need at least a nvidia 8800 for low resolution

for 1080p
ati 5770
nvidia 260
