, I was having the same problem on my OnePlus 8T, and i found a solution, it worked for me.
Open Settings from the home screen, click "System", then click on "Accessibility", then in the section that says "Downloaded Apps", click on each of the apps, and disable them, as shown in the screenshot.

This is an issue with controller mapping on Google's end in Android 11, it was fixed in Android 12, so for a permanent fix, we are just going to have to wait for Android 12, although this will work for now.
