theres a march 2009 update u need to get from the microsoft website for dx9. what gfx card do u have tho, im 99% sure the problem is your opengl support, but post your specs anyway.

In Vista or Windows 7 you need to install the directx runtime environment. Just search for "directx runtime" in google.

ok search google for dx9 march 09 runtimes...download it and run it...then it should work..if tht doesnt work thand go google again and search dx9 march 09 redistributable...download tht wone and unzip it with winzip into a folder of its own...brows it for the run file...itll look like the one from the first download and run tht one....then it shoud recognize the dx9 plugin and tada good gc games!!
