The watchdog patch is outdated and not necessary anymore.

I have another version of the emulator with watchdog and he runs well although my prosesador is regular, if not ahy certain faults graphics on that just needed one of the new versions that parch for me to run well. not inserbible this patch makes me that with the other that I have I runs great!

This is your second thread about this topic and you've gotten an answer to your question already. If you want to talk about this some more, post in your original thread, but there is no need. The problem is that you have an old PC and you're having trouble running games fast enough. With that in mind, you think that if this "watch dog" patch gets added to a new build, that it will run games as fast as your old build does. It won't. The current code is no longer going to work with this patch, as I've explained before.
