I've never got a virus/trojan/worm/etc for the past 10 years, I use AV btw

dont say that... the last trojan installed himself with the help of java and a leaked bug in java... just while surfing the net...

i think it was some warez site while i copied the url into jdownloader and it parsed the page

while cleaning the pc... the source was found in some bin files in the java root...
i was really surprised just 2months ago!

and i just recognized it because my notebook cooler worked while idle... (av was installed)

if that shit happend on my i7 rig.. i think it where still there...
the new sort of trojans are trying to be stealth... to use you as a bot node

also, in the past years ive not had a AV and dont have a virus either. do i win now?

no really;
those who get viruses dont know WTF they are doing or are just stupid pirates (or pirate wannabe's).
aka
end-users in general (dont feel bad, thats 99,9% of windows users).

and no, dolphin does not have a virus unless you downloaded it off a fishy, non supported site

NOD32 is the only anti-virus software to complain about the latest Win32 build on the official website. And that's not a confirmed threat, it's an heuristic warning. Plus, NOD32 reports that the Win64 build is fine...
This is obviously a false positive.

Not to mention that Dolphin is open source... Who would want to infect its public source code anyway?

Yeah please give me an antivirus for all of these false accusations posts.

What you should do is to UNINSTALL your antivirus and start playing games already, seriously who need a antivirus these days, that is so last decade.

I use my common sense and my brain, it beats any of the crappy antivirus programs any day.

yeay i dunno but if you format your complete computer ... i think there is not much left. So then it does screw up all your files afterall. XD

It's called Defragmentation.
Not formatting.

Cause Formatting DOES delete the whole Drives files.

What about "avast! 6 Free Antivirus"? That's what I am using.
