Dolphin emulator has not detected updates for a couple of days and I had to update manually. I already tried removing dolphin.ini but it's still the same and I had to update to the latest version today manually.

I have the same issue on one of my Windows 10 systems, been that way for months. My auto-update is set to Dev, same as above screenshots.

The workaround is to manually download the latest Dev version, extract it, and overwrite your old Dolphin-x64 program directory. Just make sure your configs are located in your USER directory (Windows 10) - by default, Dolphin should be putting your configs/save files in C:\Users\<user-name>\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\

I believe one of the .ini files in the configs directory (separate from the Dolphin program directory) is the cause of the problem, but I'm not sure which file is problematic.
