Dolphin Emulator folder missing

Hello . I'm having some trouble with dolphin . I accidentily deleted the ''Dolphin Emulator'' folder from my documents and now i can't use apps that use my phone as wii controller.
Using windows 8.1 64-bit

Redownload them then?

Alternatively, there is software exists that recover the permanently deleted files, such as: http://www.z-a-recovery.com/

uh...you could just restore it from the recycle bin? unless you accidentally deleted the folder and then proceded to accidentally empty the recycle bin, in which case you're just really unucky...

That's hoping that something else hasn't come by and written over those bits on the disk

It's also possible to delete the files without going to the recycle bin by holding Shift on the keyboard while deleting something, or the recycle bin has been configured to not save anything. Or the file is too large to move to recycle bin, therefore prompting to permanently delete it.
