Dolphin Emulator Error Message

Tried to play Pokémon Colosseum/Gale of Darkness but for both this error messege shows up

*(Where it says: Users/ /Download it says my name, I just erased it)

I tried editing the registry as I saw on another forum but that did not help.

And when I first opened Dolphin a few times it said 'unexpected parameter' how to fix this??

Also I'm from the UK and the files I have say USA. I don't know if that matters.

Also when I open Dolphin to select the Game the two pokemon games do not appear as iso files???
