Using a custom Lollipop ROM on my Moto G, fastmem didn't work. Yesterday, I flashed back to stock to try out the new official Lollipop. To my surprise, fastmem worked. While using the custom Lollipop ROM, I tried the v66 drivers and the v99 drivers which I extracted from a Nexus 5 ROM. It was nice to finally see those glitched models fixed, but still without fastmem. The drivers in the official Lollipop ROM I am currently using, which works with fastmem, are v84. They still have glitched models, however if I flash the Nexus 5 drivers I'm sure that can be fixed. I don't think the problem can be the GPU drivers though, as the v66 drivers work with fastmem on KitKat but not Lollipop. It's really strange.
Could you upload these v99 drivers please?
I'd like to test them! Thanks!!!
Are you running Lollipop? They only work with Lollipop as far as I've tested. Also, I got them to work only on my custom ROM, not on official Lollipop, and they broke video playback on the custom ROM. Also, you need a custom recovery and you need to set up a flashable .zip that will install the drivers to the right places for your phone. I'd say it's not worth it, all this just for a chance of working, and a chance of display not working.
Yes I'm on Lollipop (S5). CM12. I think I know how to fix video playback.
Can you upload your v99 zip?
