Here is reference : https://developers.google.com/android/guides/beta-program

You do realize Dolphin gets updated like, a dozen times a day like it says here (https://dolphin-emu.org/download/) right? It would mean a lot of work for the devs who work on it.

EDIT: Even if they wanted to do it, it´s just pointless since anyone who wants the latest build can just go get it from that same download page.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

Dolphin used to be available on the Play Store in the past. Long story short, it just served to get a lot of complaining users asking where to download ISOs and also rating it as 1-star because their potato phones couldn't even boot any game most of time. And given that even nowadays you probably can count on the fingers of hands the number of Android devices that are able to run Dolphin in somewhat acceptable performance and the fact that it now runs only on 64-bit OS would only make things even worse, like "why is Dolphin not compatible with my shiny new smartphone? 1-star".

TL;DR don't expect to see Dolphin back at the Play Store any time soon, so enjoy the APKs published on our homepage...

Also, maintaining a play store version as well as a git master build is a pain in the ass nobody cares to do the legwork on.

Because in the past , Dolphin works with 32 bit processor and Android OS 32 bit software , but almost people don't know about hardware requirement , some people have potato phone , and rating 1 star why it don't work on my phone . But , at present , Dolphin require 64 bit processor and Android OS support 64 bit on software , and require OpenGL ES 3.0 . Dev can add condition to check if hardware doesn't have 64 bit and GPU doesn't have OpenGL ES 3.0 and above , it'll show "this app isn't compatible with your phone" on Google Play Store, some application have this

Dolphin runs badly even on many phones that have 64-bit Android and the necessary version of OpenGL ES.

The reason Helios pointed alone is enough to why we don't have a Play Store version anymore.

Also, even if a theoretical new Play Store publishing were made, limiting its availability only to 64-bit devices compatible with OpenGL ES 3.0 and running Android 5.0 or newer in an AARCH64 or x86_64 processor, that would still cover a lot of mid and low-range devices that would still be able to install Dolphin, which would still run bad (assuming it doesn't crash on launch due buggy GPU drivers), and the result would be the same as in the past: lots of 1-star ratings with nothing useful in their comments other than "it runs bad", "where can I download ISOs", etc.

In other words...

Is there a way to make the Play Store version compatible only with Snapdragon and NVIDIA devices? It would avoid alot of complaint. If somone else want to use the emulator will need to download it from homepage.
PC: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / GTX 660 2GB / 16GB DDR4 3600MHz / Windows 10 Pro

Phones: Poco F3 8/256GB (Snapdragon 870 5G) and Redmi Note 6 Pro 4/64GB (Snapdragon 636)
