I have a Moto E7 x64 (not the Moto E7 Plus or Power or whathever,Just the normal one) and the Dolphin Emulador doesn't install at all, i tried everything and It doesn't install. Any help?

If the installation fails, your device is not running a 64-bit edition of Android, something very common on low end devices (even if they have a 64-bit SoC). There's nothing you can do about that, not to mention the Helio G25 found on the Moto E7 is just too weak to emulate anything at playable speeds with Dolphin anyway...
