Alright, I followed the directions to get the hang thing to stop causing a problem in windwaker, however when I do that, the sound doesn't work again. The sound worked before that but visuals would not go past the intros. So, technically the sound problem still hasn't been fixed. I'll be patient though. Atleast the is SOME sound ability for it now. The speed for it was increased a little bit also which is a plus.
On the plus side, my menus in Spyro are back and I can read what people say again. Also, speed was increased on this game.
Last game that still doesn't work at all that I am concerned about is Starfox Adventures. Still no fixes or anything there, but it's not exactly a major game really ; p I will be looking forward to playing it when it does start working though.
I'm using dx10 with opengl for visuals and dsound for audio. OpenAL on Windwaker without the fix hang makes music all jittery for me. Thought I would try it though. I'm on 4gb ram with a seperate radeon 3800 on a laptop running 64bit Win7 and on a dual 2ghz each.... in case that's useful at all ; p
