dolphin-emu.mo edit ?

OK so i have seen that some languages are missing and also my personal language so i wanted to add it to the emualtor but i cant edit the dolphin-emu.mo, is this allowed to do, if not remove the post and explane to me if yes tell me how i can edit the .mo file

No, to make a translation you must open dolphin-emu.pot and then from it save a po file with your two letter language code
E.g. Portuguese - pt.po

To open Dolphin-emu.pot with poedit just right click it, go "open with" and then choose poedit or if it is not there just browse for it where it was installed.
