As long as you buy a real Wiimote (not 3rd party) with Motion Plus from Nintendo, you shouldn't have any problems with LoZ-SS with Dolphin. So yes, real Wiimotes are supported by Dolphin.

You'll need a sensor bar (or rather some light source, candles work) and a Bluetooth adapter though.

Sensor bar doesn't depend on BT. Wireless models work with batteries

Ok, but how can i then connect such a sensor to work with my desktop/laptop? Cause the wireless one was the only model i could get from a local store.

You don't connect it. There's an on/off button and that's all Smile .
Actually sensor bar is just a source of light spots for your Wiimote. Nothing more. As Shonumi said some candles may work too

For your Wiimote(s) Bluetooth is needed. An inbuilt BT adapter or an external one (dongle) + a BT stack (Microsoft or Toshiba preferably).
You said you had Bluetooth on your laptop so you should already have both
