Dolphin download gives a 404 error ?

Let's get to the point , when I try to download dolphin 5.0-6272 for android (latest official android version) ,it just gives a 404 Not found error .
What's up with the servers ?
I used the default site , default everything, I even disabled my download manager !
Additional info : Downloading from UAE at the 6th of Feb 2018 , using Etisalat ISP , 20 Mbps down on a Samsung A5 2017 Smartphone using chrome (latest release , stable build) .
