Hello i am new to this forum , and i have searched for this problem but didnt found a thread . So my problem is that when i put Dolphin on my Computer and run it it works fine , but when i try to start it again for the second time it starts but shows no window , only the window in the start menu , and i cant do nothing Huh . The only solution i have found is the reinstall it again , and after every time i shut it down i have to reinstall it . Which kinda sucks Undecided , so if somebody can help me i will appreciate it Smile . Thank you in Advance Angel

I wonder if that's the best solution here, I beg to differ.

He's using Dolphin 3.0 and that's a very new release, there must be something else that's going on and it kinda reminds me of a similar thing but I can't remember it now.

I'm using Dolphin 3.0 and this isn't happening to me, I can start and shut it down how many times as I want.
I found my version from here:

I hate saying that, but ED2 is right with this one ..
Update to the latest version, or fix the problem manually by editing the config inis.

Well I'll be damned then, it's a good thing I haven't had this trouble then...yet.
Good thing to know that it was that simple.

Meh... Sure, "updating to latest" is one thing, but « Update to r7670 or newer -- the "minimize" issue was worked around by that revision. » is more constructive. Same for providing the manual workarounds for people who aren't fond of using experimental/unstable/SVN builds. Tongue

(either look inside the Dolphin.ini file in User\Config and replace negative window coordinates such as "-32000" with "0", or delete the Dolphin.ini file, or use the Windows+<arrow> key combinations...)
My computer specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @2.66Ghz - 2GB of DDR2 RAM (400Mhz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512
