Using Dolphin for some time, first with DolphinBar(it works in simple games, but bad with nunchuk or when gane needs second controller connected after game request(as in DK Returns)), in second i was tried BT passthrough, my builtin BT was not warking at all, so i found an old dongle, it was working fine instead of one thing - i had to pair controllers every time i start game. Finally, i get J27H002 wii dongle, and after some soldering it works now too, and still without pairing memory Sad
I did some moves like deleting SYSCONFIG, i tried to remove Dolphin's profile, so it will start on clean new, but still with no result.

Any suggestions how can i resolve it?

Are you pairing with the sync button on the back or by holding in 1 and 2?

With the Wii Bluetooth Module and BT Passthrough Mode, boot a Wii game, while it's running, click on "Reset pairings" button in Dolphin's Controller Settings, after that stop emulation. Boot a Wii game again (might be the same game) then pair the Wiimotes by pressing the red sync button on the battery compartment and clicking the Sync button in Dolphin's Controller Settings. It should remember the pairings now.

If it doesn't, there's something wrong, let us know so we can troubleshot more...

It didn't help(
I noticed one thing, if remote was not paired, then it blinks some seconds when i press any button, but if it was paired, then it blinks for very little time, less then second, seems like paring memory is working, but my remotes(3rd party, btw) can't use it

Okay, go to This PC => Documents => Dolphin Emulator => Wii and delete the "btdinf.bak" if it exists. Then, go to shared2 => sys and delete the "SYSCONF" file. After that, boot a Wii game and try pairing your Wiimotes with the red sync button again...

Ok, let's do a sanity check.

Create an empty file named "portable.txt" and put it on the same folder where Dolphin.exe is located. When you start the emulator, everything will be at its default settings and there'll be no save data from any game. Do not change anything apart from selecting Bluetooth Passthrough mode in Dolphin's controller settings, then boot a Wii game and pair the controller by pressing the Red sync button on the Wiimote and clicking on the Sync button from Dolphin's controller settings. After the Wiimote successfully connects, stop emulation, then launch another Wii game (might be the same, or a different game -- doesn't matter). Press any button on the Wiimote, does it automatically reconnect?

(after doing the test you can go back to your old Dolphin profile simply by deleting the "portable.txt" file you created earlier)

Tried it, still have no pairing, and still seems like remote is remembered, but can't connect, leds blinks for a very short moment

Well, I have nothing more to try, but whatever the issue is, it's probably on your end. I just tested both the WML-C43 and J27H002 Bluetooth modules with Dolphin 5.0-15269 and the Wiimote pairings were remembered on both...
