Not only are there an insane amount of axes, each Motionplus game uses them differently, so whatever setup you have for one game almost certainly won't work for another game, so it doesn't really make sense to emulate it. Especially since it's so easy to just use a real Wiimote.

As long as you have a Bluetooth adapter, you're fine. Since you're also on Windows 10, you can use the built-in Bluetooth stack as well.

Don't most Motion Plus games also make use of the Sensor Bar also? If so, consider investing in a DolphinBar, which does Bluetooth and is a sensor bar for your PC and works naturally with Dolphin.
