Dolphin doesn't even open if I have my generic controller plugged in

Well, as you read in the title, my Dolphin Emulator won't even launch if I have my generic controller plugged in, the moment I unplug it it launches, and if I plug it while Dolphin is running it will shut down. I'm not getting any error code or anything like that. Anything I can do to make it work?

It's a generic controller, the brand is Noga and the model is NG-2131
