I press refresh while the 4 leds are flashing but it wont sync. Tried in different versions of dolphin but had the same issue. Tried also with an unofficial wiimote (not TR) and also not working.

I'm using the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack tutorial forced.
Info: Win7 x64, Official wii motion plus and this bluetooth device

The Bluetooth adapter of yours (Zoom Bluetooth USB Adapter) seems to support Bluetooth v.1.2, and Dolphin requires v.2.1 (or at least that's recommended, if I recall correctly). This info isn't easily found in FAQ or Wiki, so someone correct me if I'm wrong.

That coudln't be. A few months ago I tried with the same wiimote, bluetooth device and toshiba's and it worked.

Found the solution:
In Bluetooth settings you have to double click on the TR and press the Wiimote Sync button. The icon should change:

Then you can properly sync with dolphin. You have to repeat this everytime.
