Dolphin doesn't detect nunchuck input

Hello, I'm using the latest development version of dolphin (5.0-10943) and I can't really use the nunchuck w/ any games since it doesn't register any inputs I try to use w/ it, I've already tried unplugging and replugging it in, but it didn't help other than briefly giving some input in wii sports boxing and mario kart wii. In mario kart wii it sometimes automatically turns on its own or permanently faces the camera towards the character's front view. It is an official nintendo nunchuck.

Are you using an official wiimote? Are you using bluetooth passthrough? Does it work on a real wii?

3. It "Would", yeah, but the question is if YOUR nunchuck actually works on a real Wii?
