I'm kinda having a similar issue : Dolphin detects flawlessly two wireless DS4 controllers (am using DS4 Windows, my OS is Windows 10) and it will works perfectly for a few minutes until 2nd controller suddenly stops working for some obscure reasons. What is very strange is that this issue does not occur on certain games like Mario SSB. But it will on Double Dash, Soulcalibur2, or Tube Slider very quickly after char. selection.
Any help would be greatly appreciated ! I will try using scptoolkit without DS4 Windows and will let you know if I'm somehow successful.
