I am running OSX El Capitan 10.11.6 and followed this guide and this guide to set up my official GC controller with mayflash adapter. When I start up Dolphin 5.0 and go into controllers, I choose Gamecube Adapter for Wii U on port one with my controller in port one with the mayflash adapter set to Wii U mode and when I hit configure Dolphin detects the adapter. However, once I launch melee the controller does not work and, with the game running, when I go to check the controller settings Dolphin no longer detects the adapter even though on the bottom left of melee there is a P1 cursor which means upon startup it detected there was a controller plugged in. I do not know what else to do. Any help would be appreciated.
Dolphin Detects Adapter in config but when a game launches it no longer detects it

The screen is even sometimes tilted like with the original GC so I know it recognizes the controller upon startup but still when running it no longer detects the adapter. 03-01-2018, 04:11 AM
Hello,
I'm kinda having a similar issue : Dolphin detects flawlessly two wireless DS4 controllers (am using DS4 Windows, my OS is Windows 10) and it will works perfectly for a few minutes until 2nd controller suddenly stops working for some obscure reasons. What is very strange is that this issue does not occur on certain games like Mario SSB. But it will on Double Dash, Soulcalibur2, or Tube Slider very quickly after char. selection. Any help would be greatly appreciated ! I will try using scptoolkit without DS4 Windows and will let you know if I'm somehow successful. Best regards, |
