Dolphin Debugger

After watching this video i tried it out, i had no luck.. performance was the same; if not worse. Dolphin crashed twice as much then usual..
When starting up your game with unlimited JIT Cache, what does this do.

Performance MUST NOT be changed in any way by enabling debugger (only if you enable/disable some options here)
